Role Overview :

We are looking for RPA Power Platform Developers with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder.The role involves designing, building, and supporting automation workflows and applications, integrating them with enterprise systems, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).- Build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) for business process automation.- Implement AI Builder & Power Automate AI extraction for document/data automation.- Integrate automation with SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and document technical specifications.- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects on time.- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of automation flows.- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills :

4-7 Years Experience :- Advanced skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, and Power Automate AI extraction.- Experience in designing end-to-end automation workflows across enterprise systems.- Integration with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and RPA governance.- Mentoring junior developers and leading small automation teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications : PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer), PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals).- Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
