You will lead the end-to-end automation lifecycletranslating business needs into automated workflows and intelligent processes. Collaborating directly with stakeholders, you'll analyze current operations, identify automation potential, and architect solutions that combine structured workflows with cognitive automation to enhance productivity and accuracy.

You'll expertly gather and analyze business requirements, engaging with stakeholders across functions. Your responsibility will include mapping processes, drafting technical and functional design documentation, and ensuring that automation solutions align with strategic objectives and operational constraints.

In developing solutions, you’ll design and build reusable, maintainable, and efficient automation workflows—incorporating logic for both structured routine tasks and more complex cognitive decision-making. Your Python scripting expertise will enable you to develop custom modules, interface with systems, manipulate data, and add advanced functionality where standard automation alone isn't sufficient.

Testing, validation, and deployment are critical to your role. You’ll implement robust error-handling, logging, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliability and resilience. You’ll oversee deployment into production environments, support transition periods (including any hypercare phases), monitor performance, and refine processes based on operational feedback.

Documentation will be clear, comprehensive, and practical. You’ll produce and maintain artifacts such as business requirement summaries, solution design documents, test cases, deployment notes, and operation guides to support long-term maintainability and transparency.

You’ll mentor peers and potentially junior automation team members—conducting code reviews, sharing best practices in workflow and cognitive automation design, and fostering a culture of high-quality standards and continuous improvement.

Your background includes substantial experience in automation development—ideally 5+ years in roles requiring advanced workflow thinking, cognitive automation, requirement gathering, Python scripting, and end-to-end delivery. You’re recognized for your analytical mindset, ability to simplify complex processes, and your communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
