RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in automation development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable automation solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and components using Blue Prism.

Implement bots, automation scripts, and logging solutions using industry-standard tools.

Support the launch and operationalization of RPA-based solutions.

Collaborate with technical leads and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of automation projects.

Document automation processes and create comprehensive end-user guides.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure automation quality, stability, and performance.

Key Skills Required

3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA tools.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VBScript, or PowerShell.

Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.

Experience working with APIs and integrating with backend services.

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Ability to interpret and work from technical specification documents.

Exposure to Agile development environments.

Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Blue Prism certifications

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven track record of delivering RPA solutions in a professional setting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
