Org: AXA GBS Role: Business Analyst- RPA Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park-Nagawara)/ Pune (Kharadi- GERA Commerzone) Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days WFH) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Automation Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute an automation strategy, identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the Life domain. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business units to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define automation project scopes. Gather and document detailed business requirements related to Life insurance processes of products, claims, underwriting, and policy administration. Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Life insurance business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Work with IT and development teams to design automation solutions, including selecting the appropriate tools and technologies to achieve automation goals. Work with IT and development teams to Implement automation solutions, including data capture, task automation, and workflow optimization. Solution Assessment: Evaluate and recommend automation technologies, tools, and platforms to meet business needs. Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases and ROI assessments for automation projects to secure buy-in from stakeholders. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment. Prioritize and manage several open issues at a time Data & Feasibility Analysis: Utilize data analysis to assess the effectiveness of automation solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Analyze Life insurance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements and risk mitigation. Assess the feasibility of automation projects, considering technical, financial, and operational aspects. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of automated processes and identify areas for continuous improvement. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and create documentation for automated processes. Compliance: Ensure that automation solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and internal standards. Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits, progress, and results of automation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
