ROYAL ENFIELD -SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Royal Enfield motorcycles and related products, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brand’s premium image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
• Explain Royal Enfield motorcycle features, specifications, and pricing
• Arrange and manage test rides for customers
• Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (bikes, accessories, riding gear)
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
• Assist customers with documentation, financing, insurance, and registration processes
• Coordinate with service, finance, and delivery teams for smooth handover
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, display standards, and brand guidelines
• Participate in promotional events, launches, and roadshows
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (motorcycle sales preferred)
• Passion for motorcycles and the Royal Enfield brand
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
