RO:RBO Program Management Support Team

Work closely with the Retail assets operations team throughout project life cycle and make sure the major operational aspects of business are aligned while delivering output

Understand Axis Bank's internal operations functions thoroughly and work with leaders in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks

Work with Operational Management team to address all operations and set up processes for controlling, assessing and monitoring for operational transformation projects

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, risk management, policy, collections, finance, IT and BSG to ensure effective coordination and execution of loan programs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of loan programs, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stakeholders

Work with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to SOPs

Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Post-graduation / Graduation from a recognized institut

Well versed with Project Management tools

Experience in driving Operational Transformation Projects involving multiple stakeholders

Excellent problem solving and communication skills

Retail asset banking knowledge will be preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares like Excel, PPT and Word
