Your primary responsibilities will include: - Room Service: - Delivering food, water, tea/coffee, and breakfast to guest rooms promptly - Keeping trays, crockery, and service areas clean and organized - Responding swiftly to guest requests with a polite and respectful attitude - Housekeeping: - Assisting in cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Changing linen, towels, and toiletries as needed - Supporting bed-making and room setup tasks efficiently - Ensuring corridors, lobby, and common areas are clean and well-maintained - Keeping rooms neat, hygienic, and guest-ready at all times - General Duties: - Following hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards diligently - Reporting any maintenance issues promptly - Maintaining personal hygiene and grooming standards - Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service Candidate Requirements: - Basic knowledge of housekeeping practices - Ability to provide professional room service with attention to detail - Honest, disciplined, and reliable work ethic - Polite communication skills to interact effectively with guests - Prior hotel experience is preferred - Age requirement: 18-35 years - Must be willing to stay full-time at the hotel (food and accommodation provided) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including provided food and paid time off.
