Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The room attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and hallways
• Refill minibar or water bottles if applicable
• Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor
• Ensure all rooms are ready before check-in time
• Follow health and hygiene guidelines strictly
• Greet guests politely if encountered while cleaning

Requirements:

• No formal education required; prior housekeeping experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift/move items as needed
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Honest, hardworking, and dependable
