ROC SPOC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ROC SPOC to join our compliance team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding and experience of ROC filings, ROC compliance requirements, and CHG (Charge) related work. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) portal is essential for this role.

Eligibility :

• Immidiate joiner required
• should be ok with office timings - 9:30am to 7 pm
• Minimum Graduation required
• Atleast 1 yr of experience in ROC fillings
• Need to be smart and very good in English communication,
• No CA , CMS, CS student are eligible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
