Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Teach robotics and programming to students using kits such as LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or VEX Robotics. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and robotics competitions in-school or at partner institutions. Mentor students on building, programming, and troubleshooting robots. Integrate real-world STEM concepts into practical learning experiences. Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics and recommend improvements in teaching tools and content. Manage robotics lab equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other trainers and educators to create project-based learning experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science) or related field. 1–3 years of experience in teaching or hands-on robotics training. Proficiency in block-based coding (Scratch, MIT App Inventor) and/or text-based coding (Python, C++). Experience with robotics kits (e.g., LEGO, Arduino, VEX, EV3, micro:bit, etc.). Strong communication and classroom management skills.
