Robotics Specialist

You are a highly skilled Senior UiPath Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead automation initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in automation design, scalability, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, testing, and deploying UiPath automation workflows according to business requirements. You will collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to create detailed process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs). Additionally, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and stability. Implementing UiPath coding standards, reusable components, and version control (GIT/DevOps) will also be crucial. You will work with APIs, databases, and third-party applications to integrate automation solutions while ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines, data privacy laws, and organizational standards. As a Senior UiPath Developer, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and automation testers. You will be responsible for deploying, scheduling, and monitoring bots in UiPath Orchestrator and handling attended/unattended bot configurations. Furthermore, you will prepare and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and operational guides for developed solutions. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of hands-on UiPath development experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Apps is essential. Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center is a plus. Proficiency in VB.NET / C# / Python scripting within UiPath workflows, knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML for integrations, and familiarity with REFramework and other UiPath architectural patterns are required. Understanding of Process Mining, Task Mining, and automation opportunity assessment is also important. Exposure to AI/ML model integration in UiPath and familiarity with Attended and Unattended bot architecture will be beneficial. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Possession of the UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar will be advantageous.,
