Role Overview: As a Robotic Design Engineer, your primary responsibility is to create detailed SolidWorks drafts and designs for various robotic parts and components. You will play a crucial role in translating conceptual ideas and functional requirements into precise technical drawings to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of robotic systems. Key Responsibilities: - Produce accurate and comprehensive SolidWorks drafts that convey specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and other crucial details of robotic parts and components effectively. - Address design challenges and technical issues to optimize designs for functionality and manufacturability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and fabrication vendors/teams, to ensure seamless integration of robotic components. - Adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines to ensure the safety and reliability of robotic systems. - Contribute to the improvement of design processes, explore new technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the performance and capabilities of robotic components.
