Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Trainer role across Kerala. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering robotics training sessions to a diverse audience of learners. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting workshops, providing hands-on guidance for robotics projects, and supporting participants in learning and innovation. The Trainer will also evaluate participants on their progress and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and confidence in robotics and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Robotics, Programming, and Automation
• Strong facilitation, training, and instructional skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Experience in working with students and adult learners is advantageous
• Team player with problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
• A degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Passion for education and hands-on learning with emerging technologies
