Robot AI Engineer - NLP

As a Robot AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to enable robots to understand and process complex human language. Your key responsibilities will include developing and fine-tuning Transformer-based models, implementing dialogue systems and conversational AI, applying sequence models for action mapping, working on Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems, and integrating RAG models for context understanding. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field, along with extensive experience in NLP, AI systems, and robotic action mapping. You should have strong proficiency with Transformer models, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and expertise in Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech systems, and Natural Language Generation techniques. Additionally, experience in developing dialogue systems, multilingual NLP systems, and deploying NLP models to edge devices is required. Preferred qualifications for this role include a PhD in NLP, AI, or Robotics, published work in major conferences, experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and robotic middleware like ROS, and contributions to open-source NLP or robotics projects.
