RO Plant Operator & Technician

We are looking for an experienced and skilled RO Plant Operator & Technician to operate and maintain RO systems, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) at our facility in Bachupally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant operations, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the RO Plant, ETP, and STP systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure smooth plant functioning.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain daily operational logs and documentation.
• Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and environmental norms.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in RO Plant, ETP, and STP operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of RO membranes, pumps, filters, and chemical dosing.
• Ability to handle breakdowns, perform basic repairs, and maintain plant efficiency.
• Good understanding of water treatment processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field (preferred).
• Experience in industrial water treatment facilities is an advantage.
