Roles & Responsibilities

SR NO TO DO LIST

1 EOD process on Server

2 Once EOD done then start BOD on server

3 Downloading all the files for FNO billing and Neat files and BMC files for allocation.

4 FNO billing

5 Download & Import CDSL files in Shilpi (Shilpi is our Backoffice software - It may be different in other firms)

6 Exports files such as Margin, Holdings, T1 holding & Position from Shilpi for Symphony ( Symphony is our Trading software)

7 Keeping funds for Payin in BMC for withdrawal - For Cash & FO payin

8 BOD Allocation file ( Equity and FNO) - Manual work

9 Downloading all files on Extranet for Margin reporting & EPN Return

10 Import EPN Return file & EPN EDIS file and check if all tally with DMDAT file

11 Do Margin reporting and upload the files on Extranet

12 Client Segregation Reporting

13 Limit updation & Balance reducing of clients for payout ( As the funds recd or client request for payout during market hours)

14 Early Payin file of securities ( Everytime whenver clients sold the shares during market hours) - If any stocks are pledged Then inform DP team for unpledge

15 Checking shortfall on RTRMS ( During market hours) - Cash & FO - If any shortfall inform RM

16 Checking Trades are tally after Cash billing

17 Final Check if any payin of securities are pending

18 Checking client's in debit and inform CUSPA tranfer to DP team and send debit balance email to clients

19 Follow up on debit balance

20 Short Allocation Reporting

21 Client addition/modification/deactivation on Trading terminal if any

22 Send emails to client's with login & password after New client activated on Terminal

23 After entries done, send SMS to clients ( Trades and funds related)

24 Prepare client ledger balance for next day

25 Downloading all the files for EOD allocation

26 EOD file upload and ICCL file created

27 EOD Allocation & Take backup of All the files such as Symphony & Extranet

28 Take Excel test of candidates

29 Quarterly settlement - Once in a quarter

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
