Job Description

Resident Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist orthopedic consultants in outpatient (OPD) and ward activities.
Manage routine orthopedic cases under the guidance of senior consultants.
Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, and follow-up documentation.
Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Collaborate with nursing and physiotherapy teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interest in Orthopedics and willingness to learn.
Ability to develop clinical skills and work under supervision.
Knowledge of basic medical documentation procedures.
Excellent communication skills, professional conduct, and discipline.
