Job Description

Cisro hospital is looking for RMO (Resident Medical Officer) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and management under the supervision of consultants.
Monitor patient progress by conducting daily rounds, reviewing charts, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Administer and supervise the use of life support systems such as ventilators, intravenous drips, and other critical medical equipment.
Ensure timely execution of medical orders such as tests, medications, and procedures, while maintaining precise documentation of patient progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, consultants, and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure effective communication regarding treatment plans.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions, initiating appropriate interventions and coordinating advanced care as needed.
Participate in patient handovers, ensuring thorough communication of critical information during shift changes.
Guide and mentor junior doctors, providing supervision and support in handling complex cases.
Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest developments in critical care medicine to apply evidence-based practices in patient management.
Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection control, and ethical care in compliance with hospital protocols and guidelines.
