Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care, monitoring patients, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and manage in-patient care

· Handle medical emergencies and provide timely treatment

· Assist consultants during rounds and procedures

· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

· Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff

· Ensure hospital protocols and clinical standards are followed

Requirements:

· MBBS degree from a recognized institution

· Valid Medical Council registration

· 3–5 years of clinical experience as RMO or similar role

· Strong clinical and decision-making skills

· Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)

· Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in hospital or clinical settings

· Ability to handle emergency situations calmly

· Basic life support (BLS/ACLS) certification
