Provide round-the-clock patient care in OPD, IPD, wards, and ICUs under consultant supervision.
Assist in emergency management including trauma, cardiac arrest, obstetric emergencies, and critical care support. Conduct patient rounds, document clinical findings, and maintain medical records. Support consultants in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Ensure smooth coordination between nursing staff, patients, and treating teams. Adhere to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and medical ethics. Participate in departmental teaching sessions, CMEs, and clinical discussions. Provide regular patient counseling and follow-up care.
