Provide expert surgical care including elective and emergency general surgeries.
Perform and supervise laparoscopic, minimally invasive, and open surgical procedures. Manage OPD, IPD, emergency cases, and post-operative care with adherence to surgical protocols. Teach and mentor MBBS students, residents, and interns through clinical training, lectures, and case demonstrations. Guide postgraduate research, academic projects, and scholarly publications. Participate actively in departmental CMEs, workshops, and surgical skill labs. Ensure NABH compliance, patient safety, and ethical clinical practices. Collaborate with multi-specialty teams (Anesthesia, Critical Care, Oncology, Orthopedics, etc.) for holistic patient care.
