Job Description

provides comprehensive medical care, emergency response, and preventive health services for employees, focusing on workplace injuries, occupational illnesses, health surveillance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations through regular check-ups, health awareness, and record-keeping

Clinical Care:
Diagnose and treat common illnesses, manage medical emergencies, provide first aid, and administer immediate care for workplace injuries.
Occupational Health:
Conduct pre-employment & periodic health check-ups, monitor hazardous exposures, and manage occupational health surveillance.
Preventive Health:
Develop and run health promotion programs, vaccination drives, health education, and ergonomic assessments.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health/safety regulations, collaborate with safety officers, and manage OHC facility standards.
Administration:
Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and documentation, and assist in developing health policies.
Awareness:
Conduct training on first aid, disease prevention, and general wellness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
MBBS degree with a valid medical license (BAMS/BDS may be applicable for specific roles).
Experience:
Preferred in occupational health, industrial medicine, or emergency care.
Skills:
Strong clinical diagnostics, emergency response, problem-solving, communication, and medical record-keeping.
