Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner Answer customer inquiries regarding products surveillance and service Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs to ensure overall customer satisfaction Minimum 1 year experience of omnesys & Risk software. Should have knowledge of Mapping,Terminal Password reset, Technical Skills NISM Certification (Derivative,Commodity & Currency) Equity RMS LD Monitoring Margin Shortfall Low MOS followups Call Attending calls and mails Expiry position Followups Resolve queries by clarifying the customers complaint, Determining the cause of the problem Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem Expediting correction or adjustment Follow up to ensure resolution Required skills Should have hands-on system Odin/Omnesys Market Knowledge in all segments Should be NISM certified
