Role Overview: As a Security Analyst, your role is crucial to analyze security requirements and design solutions aimed at protecting the organization's security assets. You will be responsible for assessing risks and ensuring compliance to safeguard sensitive information. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze Risk and Compliance assurance to protect sensitive information - Identify risk and compliance issues at all levels and stay updated with the latest developments - Analyze common compliance frameworks and ensure the implementation of policies, processes, and standards - Conduct quarterly audits, sample testing, and report risks - Communicate assurance findings to clients promptly - Monitor the remediation of assurance findings and ensure the closure of all open points - Implement, document, and monitor required controls to ensure full audit compliance - Coordinate with IT team members to address IT audit findings promptly - Provide timely and accurate reporting and documentation to management on all key parameters - Conduct annual SOC preparedness audits to secure system setups and maintain customer data privacy - Recommend corrective measures for cybersecurity issues and provide timely support and future recommendations Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-8 years The company, Wipro, is in the process of building a modern digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
