Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the internal control (IC) framework and enterprise risk management (ERM) processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in conducting periodic internal control (IC) assessments to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements. - Actively contributing to the ERM process by assisting with risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation. - Managing local adherence to documentation requirements for the global RIC tool to ensure accurate and timely data capture. - Supporting the regular controls monitoring process by reviewing control activities, identifying deficiencies, and reporting them. - Coordinating with RIC support partners across different business units and corporate departments. - Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as directed by management and contributing to digitalization initiatives within the Risk Management function. - Providing support to other departments with their risk management needs and fostering a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS, or MBA preferred. - Strong understanding of internal controls frameworks and IT controls. - Prior experience in internal audit or a risk management role is desirable. - Proficiency in working with complex financial models and data analysis tools in Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely. - Team player with a strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and proactive problem-solving approach. - Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Additional Desirable Skills: - CIA, DISA, or CISA certifications. - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP.,
