JOB-Title: Risk Assessment and Process Auditing Location: Bangalore (In-person, Role

Overview: Conducting risk assessments and auditing key processes. The role provides practical experience in nonprofit operations, compliance frameworks, and internal control environments. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments for projects and operational processes
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare and maintain risk registers and supporting documentation
• Test and verify the effectiveness of process controls
• Gather and organize audit evidence from relevant teams
• Draft reports summarizing observations and recommendations
• Provide general administrative support to the risk and compliance team

Eligibility

• Available for a full-time, in-person internship at the Bangalore office
• Internship duration of 8 to 12 weeks
