Job Description: As a consultant at KPMG in India, you will be responsible for preparing technical consultation papers on Accounting Standards such as Ind AS, IFRS, and USGAAP. Your role will involve providing accounting and technical support to companies undergoing IPO processes, assisting in transitioning to Ind-AS from Indian GAAP, and supporting companies in audit-readiness and financial statement preparation. Additionally, you will offer accounting, bookkeeping, and virtual controllership services to various companies. You may also assist in controllership roles on a short-term basis and provide group reporting support in IFRS and USGAAP. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare technical consultation papers on Accounting Standards - Provide accounting and technical support for companies during IPO processes - Assist in transitioning companies to Ind-AS from Indian GAAP - Prepare financial statements under various accounting standards - Manage audit schedules and supporting documentation - Support audits and provide IFC documentation - Provide accounting and bookkeeping services - Offer virtual controllership functions and CFO services - Assist in various controllership roles as needed - Support group reporting in IFRS and USGAAP Qualification Required: - Must be CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified - Auditing experience is beneficial - Possess analytical ability - Strong communication and organizational skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Excel,
