We are seeking a highly skilled Ringcenral developer for Moder solution .

Design, develop, and maintain integrations with RingCentral APIs for voice, messaging, and video communication services.

Implement custom workflows and automation to enhance unified communication capabilities across business applications.

Design & implement IVR call flows and call control: build touchtone/ASR flows, routing logic, and event handling using RingCentral Voice/Webhooks/WebRTC (and optionally Architect/Studio/Connect).

Develop robust API integrations with CRMs and internal systems (OAuth2, REST, webhooks) for screenpop, agent assist, disposition updates, and analytics.

Build automation & realtime features (e.g., call recording, transfers, agent presence, notifications) using RingCentral SDKs (JS, .NET, Java, Python).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business analysts, and operations) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure secure API authentication, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RingCentral integrations, performance, and connectivity.

Optimize existing RingCentral implementations for better reliability and user experience.

Document technical designs, integration processes, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Stay updated with RingCentral platform enhancements and recommend improvements for business communication systems.
