Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rigger, located in Bengaluru. The Rigger will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and aligning antennas, securing and routing cables, performing routine inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Rigger must be adept at troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance of telecom networks.

Qualifications

Experience in installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cable routing
Ability to perform equipment alignment and setup tasks
Adept at troubleshooting and repairing telecom equipment
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
