Job Description

As a Telecommunication Tower Technician, your role will involve maintaining and repairing telecommunication tower infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and transmission equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that antennas are accurately aligned to achieve optimal signal strength and coverage. It is essential to follow safety protocols and guidelines, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure that all tower operations are conducted safely. Additionally, you will provide and participate in on-the-job training, such as rescue training for trainee riggers.
