Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining and repairing telecommunication tower infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and transmission equipment.
Ensuring that antennas are accurately aligned to achieve optimal signal strength and coverage.
Following safety protocols and guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring that all tower operations are conducted safely.
Providing and participating in on-the-job training, such as rescue training for trainee riggers.

Experience:

1 to 6 Years in Telecom O&M

Qualification:

Intermediate & Above.
