Job Summary:
Steelman Telecom is hiring an experienced Telecom Rigger with 2–3 years in the telecom sector. Candidates must have a valid Work at Height (WAH) certificate. If not certified, training will be arranged prior to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Climb and work on towers for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
• Handle Microwave & BTS equipment
• Follow safety protocols during all height-related tasks
Tower Competency:
• GBT, RTT, Monopoles/GBM
• Wall-mounted GSM antennas
• Guyed, Camouflage, COW Towers
• All types of telecom masts/fixtures
