Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Rider role based in Kolkata. As a Rider, you will be responsible for executing timely and accurate deliveries while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include picking up and delivering packages, maintaining clear communication with the operations team, using GPS navigation for efficient routing, and following all traffic and safety regulations. Providing excellent customer service during interactions will be a key aspect of your role.

Qualifications

• Basic navigation skills and familiarity with using GPS or route-mapping tools
• Proficiency in handling and delivering goods with accuracy and care
• Understanding of traffic laws and strong driving and road safety skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service
• Physically fit to manage deliveries, including lifting packages
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle (preferred)
• Prior experience in delivery roles is an advantage
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional conduct
