Job Description

Request for Proposal, Request for Information and other client and consultant document production and management. Content development and maintenance. Market / customer / technical understanding. Contribute to business growth through high quality and timely submission of compelling, accurate and client-focused Request for Proposal, Request for Information. Supports effective management of priorities and workload with colleagues across the business (specifically in Sales, Investment and Client Service) and with Request for Proposal Team colleagues globally. High quality and timely completion of consultant requests to support our Consultant Relations strategy. Compliance with global content management requirements; full use of global tools such as Request for Proposal content management tool (Loopio). High quality and timely content management, including global and regional product and firm information. Maintains a strong understanding of the marketplace and related customer and regulatory requirements. Understanding of the need to adhere strictly to compliance, legal and regulatory procedures. Works closely and collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues globally. Viewed by stakeholders and colleagues as a trusted, value-adding partner. Works collaboratively and seamlessly with Request for Proposal and Consultant Database and Relations team colleagues globally.
