RFP Specialist

As a Senior Proposal Manager RFP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and creating compelling responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Working closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Technical, and Leadership teams, you will customize solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients in the US market. Your expertise and successful track record will directly impact our win rate and business growth. You will analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements to develop response strategies aligned with client needs and organizational capabilities. Leading end-to-end proposal development, your responsibilities will include content writing, editing, formatting, and final submission. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to gather inputs and ensure solution alignment. Drafting customized proposals for projects in various domains such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, AI/ML, Blockchain, and Gaming will be a key aspect of your role. Managing proposal schedules, deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining a repository of templates, case studies, past proposals, and reusable content is necessary. A strong portfolio showcasing successful proposal wins in the US market is required. Continuously improving the proposal process, templates, and the overall quality of submissions will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ response writing and proposal management. A strong portfolio of successful proposals for US-based clients, especially in IT services, is preferred. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and tone alignment are essential. Experience in the domains of Website/Mobile App Development, Custom Software, AI, ML, Blockchain, and Gaming is required. The ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, concise, and compelling narratives is crucial. Familiarity with proposal automation tools like RFPIO and Loopio is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field is also required.,
