RF Design Engineer/Lead

Role Overview: As an experienced RF Circuit Designer with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for the design and simulation of RF circuits including LNAs, mixers, power amplifiers, VCOs, and filters. You should be proficient in using RF design tools such as ADS, HFSS, and Cadence Virtuoso, and have a strong understanding of RF layout techniques like impedance matching and parasitic extraction. Your role will also involve antenna design, system integration, and compliance with RF standards like FCC and ETSI. Key Responsibilities: - Design and simulate RF circuits including LNAs, mixers, power amplifiers, VCOs, and filters - Utilize RF design tools and simulation methodologies for RF circuits - Implement RF layout techniques such as impedance matching and parasitic extraction - Design antennas and integrate them within RF systems - Understand RF system architecture and perform RF signal chain analysis - Use RF test equipment for design validation and characterization - Ensure compliance with RF standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in RF Circuit Design - Expertise in using RF design tools like ADS, HFSS, and Cadence Virtuoso - Strong understanding of RF layout techniques and antenna design - Knowledge of RF system architecture and compliance standards - Experience in using RF test equipment for design validation - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex RF issues - Strong time management skills for handling multiple projects - Leadership potential to mentor junior engineers within the team In this role, you are expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise in RF design principles, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, solve complex RF issues through simulation and lab measurements, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and potentially lead and mentor junior engineers.,
