Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and develop RF systems for networking and Wi-Fi devices, including front-end basics and understanding of RF modules.
Conduct RF analysis, such as SNR vs BER and EVM analysis, to optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF designs into larger systems.
Utilize RF tools like DS/AWR and RF PCB design for designing and simulating RF systems.
Perform RF testing and tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
Develop and implement new RF technologies and techniques to enhance existing systems.

Job Requirements :

Experience in RF design, simulation, and analysis, with a strong understanding of radio frequency engineering principles.
Knowledge of antennas, microwave systems, amplifiers, and other RF components.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi protocols and their application in RF systems.
Understanding of RF testing and tuning methods, including tools like DS/AWR.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
