How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop the overall direction policies, procedures and approach for Performance and Rewards ensuring close alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness through tracking market practices and trends and subsequently strategically managing compensation
- Own the design and development of globally consistent plans, frameworks and toolkits, providing thought leadership to ensure they are in service of the business strategy and future-focused including policy and program design for pensions and recognition, tracking legislation and compliance changes that may affect compensation plans
- Collaborate with other CoE's to define priorities and effort, providing direction and guidance where required and to ensure close alignment within our own CoE
- Be a strong partner to the HR Leadership Team on (HR) business priorities
- Pre-empt future HR and People considerations through use of data and analytics, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategy
- Own the management of relevant HR vendors and relationships and partners with CoE Specialists to develop strategic partnerships that are in service of business strategy
- `Partner with My Rewards Lead and People Services Operations Lead to translate the BU specific rewards policies for execution within People Services and to ensure alignment to global ways of working and the effective implementation of compensation programs across the globe

Responsible for the Total Rewards & Performance Management CoE for the Southeast Asia Business Unit.
What you need to know about this position:
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop the overall direction policies, procedures and approach for Performance and Rewards ensuring close alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness through tracking market practices and trends and subsequently strategically managing compensation for the Southeast Asia BU.
- Own the design and development of globally consistent plans, frameworks, and toolkits, providing thought leadership to ensure they are in service of the business strategy and future-focused including policy and program design for pensions and recognition, tracking legislation and compliance changes that may affect compensation plans.
- The Rewards Lead will design and develop competitive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, retirement, engagement, and performance management to support the overarching people strategy.
- Partner with Leadership to ensure that our Rewards & Performance Programs support the organization's strategic objectives and that they are best-in-class, competitive, cost effective and compliant to global rewards philosophy and guidelines.
- Bring in the outside-in perspective and regularly assess our Rewards structure as per changing local incl. legislative changes and industry trends and ensure competitiveness and relevance of our Rewards philosophy.
- Partner with TA to provide guidance / offer consultation on senior offers and approve package exceptions for all levels according to RACI.
- Lead key reward cycle processes - survey management, range setting, annual merit cycle, performance management etc
- Own the management of relevant TR vendors and relationships and partners with CoE Specialists to develop strategic partnerships that are in service of business strategy.
- Conduct TR education sessions for different target populations
- Collaborate with other CoE's to define priorities and effort, providing direction and guidance where required and to ensure close alignment within our own CoE
- Be a strong partner to the BU People Leadership Team, collaborate with CoEs locally and regionally and work closely with the MyRewards team to deliver the TR & performance management agenda for the BU.

Knowledge and Skills
- 10 years + general HR + Rewards experience in large MNCs
- Experience of working with Southeast Asia markets
- FMCG experience advantageous.
- Ability to manage projects without significant support.
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships across the business
- Proven ability dealing with all levels of management and the sensitivity of different cultures,developing formal and information relationships within the organization to assist in goalachievement.
