Revit Architectural Designer

Role Overview: You will be a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit Architect Designer with over 7 years of experience in architectural design and documentation. Your main responsibility will be to develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, collaborate with project teams, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, coordinate with consultants, participate in design reviews and client meetings, maintain project timelines, and provide mentorship to junior designers and interns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit. - Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations. - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate design solutions. - Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits as needed. - Maintain project timelines and deliverables with precision and efficiency. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns. Qualification Required: - Diploma or ITI. - Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design in Revit. - Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit. - Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials. - Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
