The Review Board Member will be responsible for evaluating and reviewing submitted manuscripts, ensuring the quality and integrity of publications, providing constructive feedback to authors, and contributing to the journal's editorial standards and policies. Qualifications PhD in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Management Experience in academic research and manuscript evaluation Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to provide constructive and professional feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a related field is preferred Prior experience as a reviewer or editor for academic journals is an advantage Show more Show less
