Job Description

As a Receivables Portfolio Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing your assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding denied claims are resolved promptly. - Reviewing and analyzing outstanding insurance claims to ensure that physician efforts are paid. - Identifying trends and communicating findings errors to appropriate stakeholders to educate and eliminate future errors. - Working closely with insurance companies on behalf of our clients, representing them and resolving claims within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Interacting with insurance organizations to obtain required status updates and ensuring timely resolution of claims. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the company values the following behavioral competencies: - Team Work - Accountability - Communication - Customer Service Orientation - Achievement Orientation Furthermore, the job requires the following functional competencies: - Excellent communication skills - Good analytical skills - High learnability (desire to learn new skills & tools) - Eye for detail - Adaptability to new roles and responsibilities - Ability to work effectively in teams - Good typing and computer skills.
