As a Receivables Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing your assigned portfolio of receivables. Your duties will include: - Reviewing and analyzing outstanding insurance claims to ensure physician efforts are paid. - Identifying trends and communicating errors to appropriate stakeholders to educate and eliminate future errors. - Working on behalf of clients with insurance companies to represent them and resolve claims within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Interacting with insurance organizations to obtain status updates and facilitate the resolution of claims.
