-Responsible for managing RTOs (Return to Origin) across all marketplaces such as
Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
-Handling claim filing and reimbursements for damaged or defective returns.
-Preparing and sharing daily RTO reports with the operations team and
management.
-Responsible for uploading and maintaining return and claim data on respective
marketplace portals and internal tracking systems.
-Managing inventory/stock updates on all the marketplaces.
Skills Required:
Should know advanced Excel-like Vlookup, Filters, Conditional formatting, Left,
Right, Len, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
