Retired Aerospace Project Manager (Defense - Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a complex defense aerospace project from concept to production.

Establish and sustain effective collaboration between partnering organizations.

Coordinate activities between engineering, testing, production, and quality assurance teams.

Ensure adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and international standards.

Serve as the key technical and managerial interface between bilateral teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing defense aerospace projects.

Preferably with experience in rocketry, missile systems, or high-speed flight dynamics.

Retired or former senior personnel from:

DRDO (DRDL, RCI, ASL Hyderabad Labs)

ISRO (launch systems or propulsion divisions)

Or any Government Defense PSU/Research Organization involved in aerospace programs.

Deep domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

Ground launch systems

Aerodynamics & flight mechanics

Guidance, control & navigation systems

Avionics systems

Flight test instrumentation & protocols

Subsystem integration and validation

Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent (BSc/BTech/MSc/MTech).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree or specialization in Aerospace Systems or Flight Sciences.

Prior experience working in bi-national or collaborative international defense programs.

Exposure to PINAKA MRL, missile systems, or high-speed UAV platforms.

Location: Hyderabad – Project site

Performance Bonus: Awarded semiannually based on project milestones and KPIs.
