About the Role

Gokwik (COD-to-prepaid conversions, checkout flows)

repeat purchases, improve LTV, increase prepaid conversions, and reduce cancellations/RTO

Key Responsibilities

1. Retention Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership

  • Own end-to-end retention funnel:

    Repeat Rate, LTV, RTO reduction, Prepaid conversion uplift

    .
  • Build structured lifecycle journeys for new, active, at-risk, and churned customers.

2. Gokwik (Checkout & Conversion Optimization)

  • Manage & optimize Gokwik workflows including:
  • COD-to-Prepaid nudges
  • Smart checkout optimisation
  • RTO reduction funnels
  • Prepaid incentive campaigns
  • Upsell & cross-sell on checkout
  • Analyse checkout funnel drop-offs & improve overall conversion rate.

3. Netcore (Email/SMS Automation)

  • Build advanced automation journeys using Netcore for:
  • Welcome flow
  • Abandoned Cart
  • Browse Abandonment
  • UGC & Review flow
  • Post-purchase education
  • Winback journeys
  • Churn prevention
  • Set up A/B tests, personalised content, and multi-channel automation.

4. WhatsApp Marketing

  • Plan & execute WhatsApp campaigns for launches, sales, education, and retention.
  • Build targeted WhatsApp segments through Gokwik + Shopify + Netcore integrations.

5. Customer Segmentation & Insights

  • Build deep customer segments using RFM, behaviour, location, product category, frequency, and value tiers.
  • Use Gokwik & Netcore analytics to identify high-value cohorts and re-engagement opportunities.

6. Data & Performance Reporting

  • Track KPIs:
  • Repeat Order Rate
  • Time-to-Reorder
  • CLTV
  • AOV uplift
  • Prepaid conversion %
  • RTO %
  • Flow performance & campaign ROI
  • Build weekly & monthly performance reports.

7. Collaboration

  • Work with the product, creative, performance marketing, and customer experience teams to align retention strategy.
  • Provide insights to improve product pages, checkout UX, and post-purchase experience.

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in Ecommerce retention.
  • Mandatory experience with Gokwik and Netcore.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce checkout funnels, RTO reduction strategies, and prepaid incentives.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle automation and CRM segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel, GA, and campaign dashboards.
  • Excellent communication & copywriting ability.
  • Ability to work fast, iterate, and run data-backed experiments.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in D2C brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or spiritual categories).
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Interakt, or WebEngage.
  • Ability to write content in English + Hindi.
  • Shopify experience.
