Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Trainer located in Rajkot. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training programs, conducting skill development sessions, and coaching retail team members to enhance their performance. The role includes planning and implementing training materials, evaluating employee progress, and ensuring a consistent quality of customer service across the retail teams. The trainer will also facilitate communication strategies to improve team integration and operational results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training & Development and expertise in conducting training sessions
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations, engage with teams, and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Coaching and mentoring retail staff for skill enhancement
• Knowledge of Customer Service best practices and strategies to improve client satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively with retail teams and senior management
• Prior experience in retail and training roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
