Retail Supply Chain Analyst

As a Retail Supply Chain Analyst at Blue Tyga Fashions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the retail supply chain team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze operations, optimize inventory, and provide data-driven insights to enhance efficiency across the network of stores and warehouses. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment needs. - Collaborate with merchandising, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely product flow. - Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and recommend actionable improvements. - Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization initiatives. - Generate regular reports and dashboards for management to track KPIs. - Assist in vendor coordination and evaluate supplier performance. - Support technology implementation and supply chain system enhancements. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience in retail supply chain analysis or related roles, preferably in apparel/fashion. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Proficiency in Excel, inventory management, and supply chain software/tools. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
