Job Title: Field Sales Representative (General Trade/Kirana)

Location: Nalasopara (East & West), Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to manage sales in the Nalasopara area. The primary responsibility is to visit local Kirana stores, build relationships with shopkeepers, take stock orders, and ensure seamless delivery coordination with the distributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Market Visits: Visit a fixed route of Kirana stores and retail counters in Nalasopara (East/West) daily.
• Order Taking: Check existing stock at the shop, suggest new products, and write down accurate orders.
• Distributor Coordination: Immediately forward the collected orders to the local distributor to ensure same-day or next-day delivery.
• Product Marketing: Explain product features, margins, and ongoing schemes/offers to the shop owners to increase sales.
• Relationship Building: Maintain good relations with retailers to ensure they prioritize our products over competitors.
• Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitor products and prices and report back to management.
• Payment Follow-up: Assist the distributor in payment collection if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Communication & Language:

• Must be fluent in Hindi.
• Ability to speak politely and convincingly with shop owners.

2. Sales & Retail Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of how a retail counter works (margins, shelf display, stock rotation).
• Ability to convince shopkeepers to try new products.

3. Mathematical Skills:

• Must be able to do basic calculations (addition, multiplication) quickly to calculate order totals, discounts, and margins for the shopkeeper.

4. Field Requirements:

• Must own a smartphone (for WhatsApp/calling).
• Familiarity with the lanes and areas of Nalasopara East and West.
