Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer located in Hyderabad. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales operations, generating leads, and handling channel sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, executing sales strategies, and maintaining store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales Operations and Channel Sales experience
• Lead Generation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Experience in the pet care or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or relevant fields will be advantageous
