The candidate must have good knowledge of generic medicines, compositions, substitutes, pricing, and retail pharmacy operations. This role includes both office work and on-site duties at our upcoming Jan Aushadhi Kendra outlets. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day operations of Generic Medicine Distribution Understand generic–branded composition mapping Support procurement, stock updates, and product entry Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, stock registers, and billing support Communicate with doctors, customers, suppliers, and field staff Assist in operations of upcoming Jan Aushadhi Kendra stores Support retail counters during rush hours (if required) Ensure accurate medicine substitution knowledge and product explanation Required Skills & Eligibility Strong knowledge of generic medicine composition Experience in retail generic pharmacy preferred Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali) Excel knowledge (Vlookup not required; basic skills enough) Ability to work in office + retail store depending on requirement Minimum 1–3 years experience in pharmacy or generic retail Age: 18–40 years Job Locations Primary: Barasat Office (Generic Distribution) Secondary / Optional: Shalimar Metro – Jan Aushadhi Kendra Kabi Subhas Metro – Jan Aushadhi Kendra Barrackpur Cantonment Hospital - Jan Aushadhi Kendra Bishnupur Railway Station - Jan Aushadhi Kendra (Candidate must be location-flexible) Job Type Full-Time Office + Field (Retail Counter Support if needed) Working Hours 9–10 hours (depending on shift) Weekly Off: 1 Salary Range ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
